All pieces are sold "plus shipping". If you wish to know the
cost of your shipment ask us for a quote on the shipment total prior to
shipping. At this time shipping on most items runs approximately
15 to 18% of the order based on the size of the boxes. Some items
are less and some are a bit more depending on bulk after packing. Please
note that FedEx actually charges us based on the size of the box. The boxes
rarely are heavy but they are oversized to protect the pieces.
All orders are paid for at time of order.
We accept American
Express, Master Card, Visa and checks and PayPal. We do not ship COD.
We do not put orders into our system until they are paid.
Please note:
Because we are custom and build lighting to order, our normal turn around
time is 3 to 8 weeks. A few orders may require more time if they are very
complex. Average is 4 to 5 weeks.
Shipping costs
are based on FedEx Ground or USPS Priority with Insurance and Tracking.
Our orders are professionally packed and the contents are insured for
shipping.
No claims for shipping damage will be honored more than seven (7) days
after receipt of package.
Original packaging must be saved to file shipping claim. If the box is
damaged when received, please, be sure you tell the carrier immediately. We
insure our shipments against shipping damage.
Shipping costs are
never refundable. Custom orders are not refundable if it is your design and
you have changed your mind.
